Where We Ship

UK only — England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland.

Dispatch Time

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2-5 working days depending on the courier used (Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD). Tracking details are sent by email once dispatched.

Total time from order to delivery: usually 4-8 working days.

Shipping Costs

Calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination. Shown clearly before payment.

Remote Areas

Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands may incur a small surcharge — shown at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email us at info@bulkybucket.co.uk with your order number. We'll resolve it with a refund or replacement under your rights in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Wrong Address

We dispatch to the address you provide. If you spot an error, contact us before dispatch. After dispatch, address changes are not possible.

Delivery Within 30 Days

Under UK law, we'll deliver within 30 days unless agreed otherwise. If we can't, you can cancel for a full refund.
